When Adapty is the better choice

If your app already runs on Adapty, turning on Refund Saver takes one click and uses data the SDK already collects. You also get paywalls, A/B tests and analytics from one vendor, and Adapty publishes case studies with clear refund rate drops.

You can also use both. Keep Adapty for paywalls, forward App Store notifications between the two services, and turn Refund Saver off so only RefundHalt answers.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Adapty Refund Saver without Adapty?
No. Adapty's page says to install the Adapty SDK and turn on Refund Saver. It is a feature of the Adapty platform.
Does Adapty Refund Saver work on Google Play?
Yes, for chargebacks. Google decides normal refund requests without the developer, so only chargeback reviews can be answered. The same is true for RefundHalt.
Can RefundHalt and Adapty run side by side?
Yes. Forward App Store notifications between the two services and turn off Refund Saver, so only one service answers each case.
